What began as a focused venture has grown into a diversified business group spanning six industries. Through every stage of that growth, we have held on to the values that shaped us at the start — family-led leadership, patient capital, ethical partnerships, and an obsession with doing the work properly.
Today, MASBR Group operates from MASBR HOUSE in Hyderabad, with project footprints and commercial relationships across India and abroad. But our headquarters, our heart, and our home remain firmly in Telangana.

Kiran Pinnamaneni

His approach is shaped by disciplined capital allocation, operational rigour, and an instinct for businesses that compound quietly over time.
